Allison Jane Ambrosio and Bryant Mitchell Conkling were married Feb. 22 at District Winery, a cafe and functions space in Washington. The Rev. Anne Flynn, an Episcopal deacon and close friend of the bride’s family, officiated.
Ms. Ambrosio, 31, is a senior application supervisor at the Client-Centered Outcomes Investigation Institute, a overall health treatment study funding corporation in Washington. She graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass., and obtained a learn of public wellness diploma from Boston University.
She is the daughter of Geraldine A. Ambrosio and Ralph V. Ambrosio of Pelham Manor, N.Y. The bride’s father, who is retired, was a sergeant in the New York Police Department’s Housing Bureau in the Bronx. Her mother, who is also retired, was a principal at the DeWitt Clinton Large University in the Bronx.
Mr. Conkling, 30, is an associate specializing in strategic and operational assistance for federal wellbeing treatment companies at Booz Allen Hamilton, a management consulting business in McLean, Va. He graduated from Beloit Higher education in Beloit, Wis., and gained a master’s degree in public coverage and management from Johns Hopkins College.
He is a son of Lisa A. Conkling and John G. Conkling of Estes Park, Colo. The groom’s mom, who is retired, was a pharmacist at Hy-Vee in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. His father, who is also retired, was a principal program supervisor at Rockwell Collins, an aerospace and defense firm in Cedar Rapids.
The couple satisfied in 2016 at Bluejacket, a brewery in Washington.
